Cancellation Policy

Things come up — we get it. This page explains how cancellations and rescheduling work for AI Edge coaching sessions and strategy calls.

Free Changes up to 24 Hours Before

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no cost.

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your payment remains valid and you may:

  • Reschedule your session for a new time, or
  • Request a refund under our Refund Policy (within 7 days of purchase).

Cancellations Within 24 Hours & No-Shows

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or do not attend the session without cancelling (“no-show”), the session is considered used and is not automatically refundable.

You may still contact us at support@aiedgeco.com if there were exceptional circumstances. Any refunds or rescheduling in these cases are granted at our discretion and remain subject to our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

The easiest way to cancel or reschedule is to use the link in your original Calendly confirmation email.

If you have trouble accessing that link, you can also email: support@aiedgeco.com with:

  • Your name
  • The email you used to book
  • Your scheduled session time
  • Whether you’d like to cancel or reschedule

Workshops, Teams, and Custom Engagements

For team trainings, workshops, or custom engagements, cancellation terms may be specified separately in your proposal or agreement. If not specified, this policy provides the default rules.
