Refunds & Cancellations
We want AI to feel simple, useful, and worth your investment. If something you purchased from AI Edge Solutions isn’t working for you, this page explains how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Digital guides, templates, and resources
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer automatic refunds once a guide, template, or resource has been downloaded or accessed.
However, we know things happen. We may offer a refund in cases such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have not accessed it yet
- There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing what you paid for
If any of these apply, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll review your request.
2. 1:1 services and done-with-you support
For services such as 1:1 AI coaching, done-with-you implementation, or strategy sessions, refunds depend on timing:
- More than 24 hours before your scheduled session: you may reschedule once at no charge, or request a refund.
- Within 24 hours of your session: you may reschedule once, but refunds are generally not provided.
- Missed or no-show sessions: no refund is typically issued.
If you feel you did not receive value from a session, reach out and tell us what happened. We’ll review things case-by-case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund or ask a question about billing, email us with:
- The email you used at checkout
- Your purchase date (or as close as you can remember)
- The product or service name
- A short explanation of what went wrong or what you’re requesting
This helps us understand the situation quickly so we can get back to you with a clear answer.
4. Processing time
If a refund is approved, it is typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or applicable laws. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page.
